Reservations

Reservations by phone (423) 569 2289 (Office Hours - 10:00am to 6:00pm)

Reservations in advance are a good idea when planning a stay at the campground over spring, fall & holiday weekends.  Otherwise, if your decision to come is a last minute notion, just call or Email before hand to let us know your coming (& to ensure we've campsites available).

  1. Deposit of one night's stay required to secure/confirm a campsite.  This is the total cost for # campsite(s) + stall(s) for first night.

  2. We must receive (via U.S. mail) deposit, after reservation request, to secure the reservation.

  3. A full refund will be issued when notified of cancellation in 14 (or more) days prior to reservation date.

  4. Canceling in less than 14 days of reservation date will result in loss of deposit.

  5. Send payment via check or money-order.

  6. Covered Barn stalls (if available) may be reserved.

  7. Refunds will be mailed within 1 week after we are notified of cancellation.

  8. There is a maximum limit of 3 adults, 18 and older, per campsite.


There are a few ways to request a reservation, so choose which is most convenient for you.  We process each request as they are received.  We take reservations via Email, phone, or fax.
  • E-mail:  If you wish to make a reservation via Email, please complete our Reservation Request Form to automatically submit to our inbox, and we will promptly reply to your request.

  • If you wish to FAX please complete and "print" out our Reservation FAX form and send to 1-720-294-4268
